If you have received a card, and have been unable to arrange
redelivery/collection within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to
us, and we will have this resent for you.
On very rare occasions, DPD items can get delayed. We cannot
refund or resend DPD orders until 15 days have passed since the
day of posting. Within this time frame however, if an order has
been delayed, we recommend you contact your local sorting office
as especially in summer and Christmas periods, deliveries can be
attempted but no card left.
Any claim/enquiry regarding a lost parcel MUST be made within
30 days of the date of order. If more than 30 days have elapsed,
we cannot refund or resend an order, as we ourselves cannot
instigate an investigation with DPD or Parcelforce after this time.
