The following is to make 1 serving but you could do larger batches to save time:
1. Take 25g (about 3½ tbsp) of Whole Hemp Seeds and soak for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Sieve the hemp, rinse and drain.
3. Place hemp seeds into a blender and add fresh water (preferably filtered) roughly 2cm above the seed line & blend well.
4. Place the muslin cloth provided in a sieve or colander and pour the blend onto it, over a bowl, & squeeze until all the milk is extracted. (Optional: At this stage you can sweeten your hemp milk to taste. Start by blending it with a teaspoon of Immune Boost Blend and add more if required).
That’s it! Your milk is ready to be used immediately or bottle and store it in the fridge and use within 3 days. Discard or compost the remaining hemp shells and rinse & dry the cloth ready for next time.
For added potency, repeat stage 2 twice a day, for 3-6 days and continue to stage 3 using sprouted hemp seeds.
