Hemp Milk Guide

Taking steps to make your own live, fresh Hemp milk is an informative experience, its the building block for all our nutritious shakes and beacause its so good for you, the whole process becomes very rewarding.

With the highest form of absorbable protein in the plant kingdom (65% Edistin protein), Hemp is definitely one of the mightiest super-foods out there. It helps to balance blood sugar levels and is high in magnesium (research has shown up to 70% of heart attacks are due to a lack of magnesium). Hemp contains 9 Essential amino acids (acids the body cannot create itself), Gamma-linolenic acid (Omega 3) which helps the formation of cell walls, assists in improving circulation and oxygen uptake, linoleic acid (Omega 6), an anti-inflammatory which absorbs into the body at the perfect ratio and glutamic acid which is a neurotransmitter, vital in maintaining a healthy nervous system which aids in dealing with psychological and work related stress.

A step by step guide to making a fresh Hemp milk smoothie:
(A Blender is Needed)

1. Take ½ a mug of hemp seed

2. Soak in a bowl of water over night, cover bowl with lid

3. Sieve hemp seed and give them a good rinse in water

4. Place sieved hemp seed into blender, add fresh water to about an inch above hemp seed line and blend

5. Pour milky hemp into muslin cloth over a bowl

6. Squeeze cloth until dry and pure white hemp milk is in bowl

7. Use remaining hemp shells left in cloth as compost or place in bin, then rinse cloth.
(or fill another bowl with water and soak hemp cloth, squeeze a second time and feed your plants with this, they will thrive.)

8. Rinse blender then pour hemp milk into blender

9. Add a flat teaspoon of Macca power (about 3 grams)
(Women should start with half a teaspoon)

10. Add a flat teaspoon of Camu Camu powder (about 2 grams)

Optional extras
A. Banana (adds a nice consistency), blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, strawberries
B. Coconut rice milk (adds natural sweetness), coconut powder, honey

Elixir Pack extras
A. Flat Teaspoon of Guarrana for an extra energy kick (about 1 gram, increase as desired)
B. Flat Teaspoon of Moringa leaf powder (about 1.5 grams, increase as desired)
C. Flat teaspoon of Ashwagandha (about 2 grams, increase as desired)
D. A few teaspoons of raw Cacao (chocolate) make it a chocolate shake
(chocolate & banana is great for a change and kids love it)

11. Blend and pour

12. Take 4 each of the Spirulina and Chlorella tablets with juice.
Preferably on an empty stomach.
